Next to the beach, on Anchieta Street, Leme, the beginning of Copacabana, a quiet neighborhood with no major crime problems, the apartment is on the fourth floor of an old building, the Babilônia Building, one of the first to be built in Copacabana, in the forties. This is why it is large, airy, fresh, spacious, with lift and service.
There are two apartments per floor in each of the two columns. The building is strictly family-friendly and the Carrara marble concierge is occupied 24 hours by the porter serving the residents or guests. The lobby is also very spacious, where a comfortable sofa invites you to rest after a long walk.
90m2 are divided into large living room with balcony, two spacious bedrooms, one smaller, which served as maid's (newly painted), bathroom, from which the bathtub was removed, and fully equipped kitchen, with access to the service area. This area, however, is only available for periods longer than four weeks. From the balcony and bedroom windows you have a side view of the beach.

We rent the apt also as bedroom and living room, when then we left one of the closed rooms.
